Heavy Duty Truck Service Manager

Conway Beam Truck Group has an immediate opening for a Heavy Duty Truck Service Manager to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of mechanics and service technicians
- Allocate work assignments, monitor performance, and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and enhance overall efficiency
- Provide training and development opportunities to service technicians to enhance their skills
- Stay informed about new technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with customers and address their needs
- Knowledge of dealership operations, including auto body repair, service technician work, oil changes, sales processes, shocks struts installation, automotive diagnostics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills to convey information clearly to team members and customers
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Leadership qualities to motivate and supervise staff members
- In-depth understanding of heavy-Duty Truck systems, engines, and components
