$35-$39 per hour based on experience and qualifications!
Additional hour rate increases for each ASE certification you possess or obtain!
Additional $1000 annual bonus for being ASE triple master certified
Addition $1000 annual bonus for being ASE quad master certified
Company-paid ASE testing and training materials
Annual allowances for boots and prescription safety glasses
Ongoing company training on state-of-the-art online system utilizing Cummins OEM, Ford OEM and internal training modules.
Work with paperless shop technology on tablets!
Complete preventative maintenance inspections (PM's).
Complete Repairs on defects found during a PM
Diagnose and perform all phases of vehicle and equipment repairs including but not limited to brakes, suspensions, engines, and transmissions.
Complete repairs on defects noted during daily vehicle inspections-pre-trip inspections (DVI's)
Ensure work orders are completed accurately.
Qualifications for Fleet Diesel Mechanic
Valid driver's license required.
At least 1 year of automotive or diesel maintenance & repair employment experience or a combination of technical school education & experience.
Mechanic's toolset
ASE certifications preferred. Must be willing to participate in company ASE certification program (company training, testing, and bonuses provided!
