Summary: ATS has an immediate need for a Heat Treatment Helpers &Heat Treatment Techs for projects throughout theUnited States. Candidates local to Florida preferred.
Responsibilities/Duties:

• Must be able to perform and manage field operations.
• Assist with weld preparation for preheat and post weld Heat Treatment as per specifications
• Plan and prepare equipment, conducting operational checks in conjunction with the Quality Management
• Manage and maintain Heat Treatment cycles on client sites
• Perform Hardness Testing as per Quality Assurance procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• Previous experience in Heat Treatment of process piping

Qualifications
Minimum: Requirements/Qualifications:

• Ability to learn and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• Applicants must pass a drug screen and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Work Conditions:

• Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection.
• Work from heights on scaffolding, ladders, elevated platforms, man-baskets, etc.
• Work in confined spaces which will require crawling, stooping, climbing, etc.
• Work in around operating equipment and industrial environments.
• Work with radiation and hazardous materials such as cleaners, penetrants, film developing chemicals, etc.
• Work shifts up to 12 hours/day and 7 days/week and travel for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds.
