In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.Responsibilities: Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status. Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider. Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
Perform the administration of prescribed medications and monitors response. Maintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients. Qualifications /Skills : Candidates can have 1 year of experience in any unit as long as they have been working in acute care facility recently.
Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date Basic Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Registered Nurse Licensure in the State of Texas Associate Degree in Nursing Salary Range: $31.25 - Mid $43.12 (10 years)- Max $48.30 (20 years) Shift diff: $3.75 night shift$4.30 weekends The above pay range represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. In determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors. Schedule: Day shift 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Safety: Vaccination against COVID-19 may be a requirement for this job in compliance with current client and governmental policies.
