Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee

You Will Train to:

• Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
• Execute a treatment plan through counseling and education
• Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
• Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etc
• Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management of office
• Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories according to Hearing Aid Express sales protocol
• An entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills, this role will have great autonomy

You will need:

• Previous sales, customer service experience
• Bilingual; Spanish Speaking preferred
• High School diploma required, college degree in a relate field such as business, psychology, communications sciences & disorders, etc.
• Strong problem solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
