Job Summary
We are looking to add a motivated and friendly individual to our growing patient care team. We specialize in hearing health care. We provide hearing tests and hearing instruments to patients.
Responsibilities
•Demonstrate and sell assisted listening devices (ALDS), batteries and other specialty products as described.
•Recognize opportunities and ask appropriate needs-based questions to provide extraordinary customer service in order to create patient loyalty.
•Maintain basic knowledge of hearing aid technology and be able to perform basic cleaning/hearing related services as allowed by state law.
•Maintain client charts and ensure information is up to date.
•Maintains a clean, inviting, and friendly environment.
•Ability to multi-task effectively in a medical setting, while maintaining confidentiality of patient records.
•Good verbal and written communication skills, including intermediate level of computer literacy.
•Professional level listening and problem-solving skills.
•Working side by side with the Hearing Care Professional to ensure excellent patient satisfaction and exceed monthly office goals.
