Fit To Be Well is looking for an individual who has a passion for health and fitness along with a strong interest in helping people. In this position, you will be helping people with behavioral changes, activity plans and guiding them through a nutrition plan that will fit their everyday lifestyle. The job will require strong listening skills, patience, passion, and an extraordinarily strong ability to build rapport.
Coaching Duties and Responsibilities
- Powerful desire to build a member base.
- Greet members and customers
- Presenting nutrition plans that fit individual lifestyles
- Providing education and assist in problem solving
- Keeping store organized and clean
- Sell products
Coaching Requirements and Qualities
- Organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Calm and professional appearance
- Strong Rapport Building Skills.
- Passionate about health and helping people
- Must pass the coach certification and onboarding paperwork
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.90 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
