Position Overview: Capital i is seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Technology Management Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our Healthcare Technology Management solutions, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within healthcare institutions.
- Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of Capital i's Healthcare Technology Management solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling and tailored presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating how our solutions address their specific needs and challenges.
- Proposal Development: Create and present customized proposals that align with client requirements and showcase the benefits of our products and services.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Pipeline Development/Management: Develop a robust HTM sales pipeline and maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in Healthcare Technology Management Sales or related fields in the federal government.
- In-depth knowledge of Healthcare Technology Management, medical equipment, and the healthcare industry.
- Strong track record of building a sales pipeline.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel may be required based on client locations.

Salary Range: $80,000-$150,000
