- Provides data and information management to Directors and Management staff within the Operations divisions as related to staffing and budget planning.
- Functions as a resource in data and information management collection, analysis and presentation in terms of human and fiscal resource functions.
- Provides analytical management assistance by planning and coordinating processes and conducting special surveys, studies projects and related work as required.
- Coordinates license and certification process for new hires and existing team members
Education - Associate degree in business, accounting or related field required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a hospital setting required.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting/finance functions required,
- Experience with budget preparation for a multi-department organization required.
- Previous experience working with spreadsheets, databases and graphic tools for producing reports required.
- Previous experience with licensing/credentialing preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with persons at all levels within the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer knowledge and skills.
- Knowledge of basic statistical principles and conceptual ease in systems analysis required.
- Ability to effectively administrate assigned programs; perform both complex and routine administrative work with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret and apply established policies, procedures and codes, establish and maintain accurate records, interpret and analyze information.
