Healthcare Software BDR (Business Development Rep) – Remote

We’re looking for game changers who are passionate about success and excellence, and who can turn prospects into qualified leads on the phone! Experience calling on healthcare practices and/or selling software would be very helpful but any outbound prospecting experience will be considered.

Work location is flexible, including remote, but it’s more fun if you are near our corporate office in Plano, Texas. Position includes a base salary plus monthly commission. We offer excellent benefits, 401k matching, a flexible time-off policy, and a hybrid office/WFH environment.

Primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited, the following:

• Outbound prospect calling, identifying decision makers, and setting sales appointments.

• Effectively qualify medical practices for our software solutions.

• Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation goals.

• Effectively use CRM to document all prospecting activity.

Qualifications and Experience REQUIRED:

• BDR EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year of experience with outbound prospecting OR equivalent experience.

• Ability to communicate and translate technical information to clients.

• Possess highly ethical characteristics and values.

• Self-driven with an extremely high motivation to succeed.

• Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.

• Exceptional Communications skills

• Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 base + commissions
