Healthcare Security Officer

Role / Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor video and alarm feeds emanating from several remote locations
• Evaluate incoming physical threat notifications for potential impacts to the client’s people, worksites, or global business operations
• Triage incoming tickets and/or coordinate an appropriate response to urgent matters
• Respond to all requests from Global Security & Safety team members, which may include investigations assistance, intelligence gathering, threat monitoring, and critical incident response initiatives

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Stable employment history
• No criminal past
• Detail oriented
• Operates with a sense of urgency
• Excellent computer skills
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Calm, polite, and professional
• Superior level of customer service
• Flexible schedule; i.e. must be available to work nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior military, law enforcement, or security experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a time constrained, high pressure environment
• Experience using G-Suite (Google products) or Microsoft Office for school or work"
