As the Healthcare Sales Leader for Prosegur in the US, and a pivotal member of our National Sales Team, your primary goal will be to drive sales success within the Healthcare vertical market. This Leader will drive full-spectrum security solutions across multi-year contracts, targeting Healthcare Systems across the US.
- Prospecting and Relationship-Building: Continuously open doors within the Healthcare vertical through self-generated and company-provided leads.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Design and execute business development plans both as an individual producer and through our Hybrid Security Sales Team deployed throughout the US.
- Proposal & Presentation Development: Work closely with our Sales Support Team to drive high-impact, customized RFP responses and winning proposals and presentations.
- Staying Ahead of the Curve: Push to remain knowledgeable and insightful on market trends, the competitive landscape, emerging risks, etc.
- Sales Tracking (CRM): Ensure CRM platform is up to date on all activity, such as prospecting efforts, new opportunities being entered, targeting 100% pipeline accuracy, etc.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, etc.) as well as Operations to ensure sales success throughout the US.

QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years’ experience B2B selling multi-year contracts to large Healthcare Systems.
Experience with highly complex, multiple decision maker, long sales cycles
Experience with CRM platforms and ensuring pipeline accuracy.
Strong organizational skills to effectively plan cold calling, in person client meetings, reporting and goal achievement.
Ability to travel, including some overnight (when and where necessary)
