Residential Services Inc. is actively seeking enthusiastic individuals for Paid Internships, part-time, and full-time positions as Direct Support Professionals in our community homes, catering to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Do you enjoy caring for others? This position offers an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in psychology, medicine, social work or other human services fields! We provide training and even pay employees to sleep!

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide dedicated care and support to the individuals living in the RSI homes.

Each DSP's responsibilities may vary, but the ultimate objective is to foster independence among residents. At RSI, a DSP will:
- Assist residents with daily activities like cooking and cleaning
- Support individuals with personal care requirements
- Engage residents in creative endeavors such as gardening or artwork
- Offer companionship and care while encouraging independence
