Host/Host
Duties:
- Greet patients when bringing meals to the designated rooms
- Provide patients with excellent customer service
- Assist in preparing trays and reading orders efficiently
- Manage late tray orders and expedite them
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate diet orders
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the tray line and carts
- Collaborate with office stay and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure
- Knowledge of food service industry standards and practices
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
