Malone Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Hostess to join our dynamic team. As a Healthcare Hostess, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment within our healthcare facility. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting patients with their meals, providing information, and maintaining a clean and comfortable atmosphere.
Shifts: 8am-4pm or 10am-6:30pm
Must be able to work every other weekend and rotating Holiday’s
Starting at $15/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist patients with menu selections and ensure dietary requirements are met.
- Deliver and collect meal trays, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide information and assistance to patients and visitors as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in dining areas and patient rooms.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to address any special patient needs or requests.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of dietary restrictions and food safety practices.
