Jefferson Healthcare is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our accounting team and support our operational leaders. Our ideal candidate is experienced in financial analysis in a healthcare setting and maybe even has Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful reporting and analytics solutions that support business partners and operational leaders. Your expertise will be leveraged to develop and implement comprehensive reporting and analytic solutions that analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. As part of our collaborative accounting team, you will play a critical role in informing strategic decision-makers and operational leaders, helping ensure that our financial operations align with the mission.

What you'll need:
- Minimum five (5) years of working in an intermediate to advanced analyst role in a healthcare environment in direct support of business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, informatics, mathematics, statistics, or related field OR equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Moderate to strong report writing capabilities to pull and organize data from various financial and clinical systems
- Requires an analytical mind, strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, inquisitive questioning, and ability to integrate data from multiple sources.
- Proficient understanding of generally accepted accounting principles required.
- Excellent communication skills to include written and oral required.
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, informatics, mathematics, statistics or related fields preferred
- Clinical, financial or operational experience preferred
- lnfor/Lawson, Strata, and/or Symplr experience preferred
Schedule: 1.0 FTE; Day Shift, Remote/Hybrid
