Position Responsibilities:
Meet performance expectations including call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence
Attend team meetings and training sessions
Maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers
Use active listening and provided tools to determine the best outcome for each call
Handle primarily inbound calls
Position Qualifications:
No experience necessary
Self-motivated, outcome driven, and teachable
Customer Service experience preferred
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Ability to navigate multiple systems
Proficiency with computers and web-based systems
Must be willing to complete a background check
Requirements to work from home:
Minimum internet upload speeds of 20Mbps
Hard-wired internet connection (Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
A quiet, distraction-free, and secure place to work
