Infosys is seeking Healthcare Business Data Analyst with experience in Healthcare domain and data analysis. As a Healthcare Business Data Analyst, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will create business requirements and process artifacts and assist with the overall deployment. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or Raleigh, NC area or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time
Preferred Qualification
• At least 4 years of experience working as a Healthcare Business Data Analyst (Health Plan, Member Enrollment, Benefit/ Plan Configuration, Provider Setup, Contract Setup, Billing and Payments, E2E Claim, Processing, EDI Transactions, Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Health Plans, COB, Accumulators)
• At least 4 years of experience in requirement elicitation techniques like JAD/sessions, workshops, interviews, surveys etc.
• At least 4 years of experience in creating technical requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 4 years of experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) as a Business Analyst
• Understanding of US Healthcare Data
• Strong hands on knowledge on SQL, data mapping experience, data set up experience for AI/ML models/analytical models
• Ability to write complex queries
• Should have worked on data warehousing projects
• Have worked on creating Source to target mappings
• Knowledge of Cloud, Datawarehousing concepts
• Ability to analyze and interpreting large datasets
• Collaborating with other data professionals to extract data figures
• Creating reports based on findings
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business initiatives' success
• Experience on working Reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI or MSTR
• HL7, FHIR knowledge will be a plus
• Strong Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
• The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
