About the position

The Healthcare Account Manager role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. They should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have a helpful and patient demeanor. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment in the healthcare staffing space, communicating with existing clients and physicians, new business calls, and leveraging technology and resources to make a difference in the lives of physicians and the communities they serve. The Account Manager will be part of a team and have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients and physicians to build and maintain relationships
  • Utilize technology, reputation, and resources to advance career and provide meaningful work
  • Have conversations with client Hiring Managers to assist with any issues
  • Establish relationships with client decision makers
  • Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of Job Orders
  • Make a difference in the lives of physicians and communities served
  • Collaborate with a team and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excel in sales and quota-driven environments
  • Persuade and provide solutions to differentiate between needs and wants
  • Possess a helpful and patient attitude
  • Handle a wide range of responsibilities effectively
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates
  • Provide specialized support to staffing customer, assist in issue resolution, and other account support functions
  • Work closely with VeloSource executives, specialty-based teams, and customers to ensure flawless execution for recruitment delivery
