Work you'll do
Seeking a Product Analyst to join our Agile development team. This person would work with client Product Owners and Product Managers and help support them from a general research perspective, documentation, write user stories, sift through existing documentation to understand and map business processes. They would also work with UX Researchers and Designers and help support the Sprint/Engineering Teams.
The team
Our Digital Health team implements repeatable solutions to solve our government clients' most critical Health Technology related issues. We advise on, design, implement and deploy solutions focused on government health agencies "heart of the business" issues including claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics and health case management. Our clients seek a fresh perspective on how to leverage reusable, interoperable and flexible solutions that will enable them to reduce costs, improve health outcomes and respond to public health crises. Professionals will use their deep health, government and technology consulting experience to strategically help solve our client's technology challenges.
Qualifications
Required:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 2 years of experience working on a technology project
- Experience creating technical product requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- 1+ years of experience working with Agile, Knowledge and experience working within agile teams and understanding each role
- Bachelor's degree.
Desired:
- Experience working with government stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of human centered design (HCD) principles.
- Strong understanding of Product management principles.
- Knowledge of behavioral health systems and/or policy
- Verbal and Written communications expertise
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70720 to $106080.
