Job description
Our team defines the architecture of new health sensors. We use analytical methods, computer modeling, and experimental data to define a design that achieve design goals. In particular, you will develop comprehensive models to guarantee performance; identify figures of merit critical to user experience; assess and negotiate design tradeoffs; author requirements specifications; build proof of concept hardware; design user studies for performance assessment; analyze and reconcile study or production data with model predictions; perform failure analysis, identify root causes and propose corrective actions; and provide leadership and clear technical updates to the broader team and executives. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams on activities such as - Mechanical design and PCB design - Algorithm development - Sensor calibration - Reliability testing - Chipset design requirements - User study design and analysis
