Responsibilities- Coordinating and facilitating activities to pursue the maximization of managed care incentive revenue, working closely with other departments as appropriate.
- Monitor VCC's managed care plans and manage/track incentive opportunities and earnings, and gaps in care.
- Assist clinicians and leadership team in accomplishing the highest percentage of member compliance for annual goals for HEDIS, HCC, and P4P for VCC Managed Care patients.
- Responsible for data monitoring and data modeling as it pertains to performance improvement on the above referenced revenue components of managed care plan contracts.
- Assist in facilitating the identification and implementation of improvement plans, including monitoring established timelines for accomplishing benchmarks.
- Communicate goals, progress and status to multiple disciplines within VCC. Serve as VCC"s liaison to contracted Managed Care plans.
Qualifications
Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, MIS, or Healthcare preferred; will accept experience in lieu of Education
- Five years experience in healthcare administration or related field required
Preferred
- Coding certification
Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle
- Experience with Cozeva and other similar payer analytics platforms preferred
- Experience working with MCO's
- Good organizational and communication skills, verbal and written
- Experience facilitating meetings / interdisciplinary workgroups
- Strong data analysis skills, including excel, and comfort with data capture, data auditing, data reporting, and graphical presentation
- Knowledge of principles and practices of health care service delivery, managed care, health care systems and medical administration
- Experience/familiarity with computers, business e-mail, communication systems and internet search capabilities and proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel
Pay Range
$26.00 - $28.00
