Position Description:

  • Manage all contracting activity (Franchise Enrollment, Open Smart Enrollment, Terminations, etc), to ensure legal compliance, document maintenance, process management and execution. Ensure alignment with all departments that interface with Health Mart Operations (Master Data, SFDC, the Central Onboarding Team, Health Mart Field Engagement, Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Service First) in the area of Franchise Administration. Partner with internal vendors and all vendors associated with the franchise administration process.
  • Maintain quality assurance of customer support initiatives through the Health Mart Operations inbox. Use appropriate judgment in responses or upward communication regarding internal and external customer issues. Facilitate resolution of customer service issues and escalations (second-level support), determining and initiating appropriate actions through collaborations within and amongst other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Suggest methods to improve efficiency and service to both internal and external customers. Manage the relationship and customer support services with Customer Care, including knowledge content, process development, oversight and ongoing training of Customer Care employees to ensure service level requirements are met.
  • Provide clean up and research support for SPAR, and Health Mart Franchise Fee's. Along with Field Engagement support providing updates on account contracting status.
  • Assist in special projects as needed when requested by Health Mart Operational Development and Health Mart Data Performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Typically requires 5+ years of related experience

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
  • Has participated on cross-functional or matrix based teams
  • Strong time management and deadline management skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Communicates effectively verbally and written
  • Proficient with the MS Suite of applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience with Smartsheet (preferred)
  • Pharmacy industry experience (preferred)

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$26.50 - $44.16
