• This is a commission and bonus positioni, top first-year entry level agents average $41,000 - $62,000
• New agents are eligible for production-based incentives of up to $12,000 in their first year
• Earn up to an extra $5,000 bonus in your first four months
• Experienced sales agentsii earn upwards of $100,000+ annually in commissions and bonuses
As an entry level sales agent with Bankers Life, you will utilize your strengths and our award-winning company training to
• Build relationships with customers and identify your clients’ financial resources and needs
• Recommend life and Health Insurance policies to generate sales
• Provide continuous, excellent customer service to clients in your community
