Responsibilities:
· Licensing & Appointment Guru: Process new and existing agent requests efficiently and accurately.
· Compliance Champion: Ensure all documentation adheres to company policies and government regulations.
· Problem-Solving Pro: Identify potential issues and find solutions to keep the licensing process moving smoothly.
· Communication Master: Act as a liaison for producers and sales leaders, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
· Tech-Savvy: Utilize various systems effectively to support agent licensing and appointments.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED.
· 3+ months of experience in processing, auditing, or analysis.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Note:
This role is HYBRID; thus, open to in/around/near Minnetonka, MN.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
