About the Role: As a Zenith Health Coach, you will guide individuals throughout their health journey by identifying their personal strengths, motivations, and skills. Your goal is to facilitate continuous commitment and satisfaction.
- You will be a central part of the Zenith care team including a clinician and nutritionist
- Lead and manage sessions in-person and video conferencing
- Review program metrics with members on a periodic basis
- Support Zenith members in setting attainable program goals, providing encouragement, accountability to progress, and offering resources, tips, and strategies.
- Deliver a personalized wellness experience and welcoming environment for all people who engage with us
Responsibilities:
- Regularly work with members to achieve wellness goals.
- The ability to thrive and motivate in a fast-paced environment
- Juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities with adeptness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation (assessments, care plans, daily notes).
- Provide coaching support on topics such as nutrition, anxiety, stress management, and fitness.
- Excel in empathetic listening and video-based communication.
- Foster a sense of warmth, openness, and calmness in video interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years relevant experience, including 6 months under direct supervision from a credentialed professional.
- MA degree in health fields OR a coaching certification from an accredited program.
- Knowledge of coaching techniques (Motivational Interviewing, SMART goals, etc.).
- Experience with video-based platforms and team-based care models.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
