The Health Coach's primary responsibility entails cultivating and sustaining relationships with participants in injury prevention programs, guiding them towards improved health through support, encouragement, and education. This involves collaborating with vendors and utilizing company resources to implement workplace well-being strategies aimed at enhancing employees' health. Additionally, the role involves coordinating health communications, delivering presentations to educate large audiences on various health topics, and fostering ongoing, face-to-face connections with participants to help them set and achieve behavioral goals. The Health Coach will regularly meet with team members to monitor progress, address challenges, and offer motivation. Other duties include designing program plans, assisting with technical aspects, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of participant progress. Detailed reports on participant outcomes are also expected.

Required:
- Three or more years of experience in health promotion, health management, human resources, or organizational behavior, or a related field
- Proficiency in health management principles such as prevention, screening, behavior modification, and disease management
- Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills in English
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Preferably holds a coaching certification from Wellcoaches or another nationally recognized organization
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Creole is desirable
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
