Physicians Premiere Weight & Wellness Center is seeking a dynamic and motivated Health Coach who will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized coaching, support, and guidance to patients on their journey to achieve weight loss and good health. This role involves educating patients on nutrition, physical activity, and behavioral changes necessary for weight loss, while also offering emotional support and motivation troughout their journey. This individual will be responsible for helping develop and implement specific meal plans for our weight loss and weight maintenance patients. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to understand each patient's health status, goals, and barriers to success.
• Develop and implement personalized health plans that include achievable goals in nutrition, physical activity, and behavior change, tailored to each patient's preferences, lifestyle, and medical conditions.
• Use motivational interviewing and other behavior change techniques to help patients overcome obstacles and stay committed to their health goals.
• Managing and discussing meal replacement products with patients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field such as Health Education, Nutrition, Public Health, Nursing, or Psychology.
• Experience in Health Coaching, counseling, or a related field, preferably in a weight management or clinical setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
