Position Description: A successful candidate will have sound knowledge of clinic procedures and administrative abilities. They will be able to communicate effectively with clinic staff, billing staff, customer service, patients, referral contacts, and insurance companies to prevent and solve problems within clinic operations. This person needs to have critical thinking and troubleshooting skills. They will be reliable and will work well with others in remote and in-person settings to add value to the company.
Responsibilities:
- Train and onboard new Patient Care Coordinators.
- Travel to different clinics within the company for onboarding and training purposes. Travel expected 40% of the time.
- Assist with monthly training programs for PCC teams.
- Act as a point of contact for fielding questions for patient care coordinators.
- Helping support the clinical team when not actively training.
- Monitor clinic buckets and help resolve roadblocks in Triage and WIP buckets.
- Attend WIP calls, clinic staff meetings, and WIP calls.
- Liaison for Administrative Assistants when billing concerns arise.
Education/Experience: High School or Associate Degree; related experience and/or training preferred.
