We have an opening for a
Health CareAccount Manager or Contract Owner (Remote in MT Only)
This position will be providing client services to a variety of communities and healthcare service providers impacting the care of infants, children and the families that care for them. Organizations include childcare providers, social support services, childcare advocacy organizations, state and local health departments, behavioral, and medical clinical practices. The Account Manager will be the client’s primary point of contact within Mountain Pacific for all activities including organizational communication, and marketing of additional services provided by Mountain Pacific.
This position is responsible for meeting internal and external metrics associated with assigned contracts while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Clear communication of role responsibilities and services provided by Mountain Pacific and contract partners is required.
In partnership with stakeholders, the Account Manager will recruit providers to participate in target programs, lead focus groups and other stakeholder meetings. Previous experience with children’s services and state services is preferred. This highly visible, hands-on position requires project management expertise, sales and marketing, public speaking, meeting facilitation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A successful candidate would have a bachelor’s degree, with two years of experience with Health Care, childcare, community advocacy or public health or other similar experience preferred. This position may require traveling. Targeted Compensation of $68,000-91,000 annual salary.
