Position Summary
Reports directly to the Director of Corporate Health Onsite Services. Responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating Health and Wellness programs for employers. Establishes relationships with employer contacts, develops program content based on employer needs, and provides services to business clients including education, one on one coaching, presentations, and clinical services. Works with other departments to coordinate health fairs, education programs, and deliver services to employers. Maintains high profile within the employer community through involvement in organizations and associations to establish visibility, market services, and represent Corporate Health and SRHS. Works
with autonomy and confidence to evaluate client needs, plan service offerings and deliver quality program content and services.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Bachelors in Exercise Science, public health, nursing (RN), and / or health promotion
Experience
- 0-3 years
License/Registration/Certifications
- None required
Preferred Requirements
Preferred Education
- Masters in Exercise Science, public health, nursing (RN), and / or health promotion
Preferred Experience
- 5-10 years
Preferred License/Registration/Certifications
- Preferred ACSM and Health coaching certification a plus

Duties listed below:
- Health Risk Assessment
- Organize and schedule HRA’s with companies and worksites.
- Develop and create all paperwork or online materials needed for HRA.
- Provide onsite assistance on the day of the HRA screenings, ensure that all paper work is complete and assist in health screenings if needed.
- Collect all HRA questionnaires at the completion of the HRA and input them into the Know Your Numbers database.
- Complete billing spreadsheet for each company HRA completed.
- Complete report for each HRA completed.
- Assist with HRA booklet print out and assembly.
- Review each HRA booklet to make sure that information is accurate and make notes of high lipids, blood pressure or BMI, etc.
- Deliver HRAs to company worksites
- Create and present Corporate Health, Health and Wellness Proposals
- Meet with company representatives to insure that all of their Health and Wellness needs are addressed.
- Provide Health Coaching for worksites and companies as needed.
- Serve as a wellness coordinator for employers through client contracts
- Provide health education or professional presentations to companies and worksites as needed.
- Assist worksites and companies with health fairs by communicating with each service line and organizing participation.
- Attend worksite and company health fairs as needed.
- Assist with all Fire Department Physicals with the External Occupational Health Team.
- Assist with paperwork or data entry when needed.
- Provide health coaching and/ or health education to fire departments as needed.
- Attend and participate in SRHS Employee Wellness Committee meetings and activities.
- Attend and participate in SRHS Community Outreach Group.
