DAY TO DAY AS A HEALTH AND WELLNESS ADVOCATE - CASE MANAGER

As an entry-level Health and Wellness Advocate - Case Manager, you're always friendly and understanding with everyone when you chat with patients about their health status, letting them know what solutions we've got for them.

Whenever a new patient joins our clinic, you're there to give them a thorough consultation to figure out what they need. You talk to all our patients, new and current, about their treatment plans and give them encouragement to stick to their appointments.

Not only are you a natural at selling, but you're also great at handling touchy topics like payment. You always talk to clients with respect and empathy, while also making sure they meet their financial obligations. And if someone needs financial help, you're always there to connect them with the right services. You love helping our patients see why our office is the best choice for their care!

Originally from Elizabethtown, PA, our founder, Dr. Tomasetti, earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX. In addition, he has amassed over 500 hours of post-graduate study in nutrition, diagnostic technologies, and applied kinesiology. When we meet with patients, we look at the whole person, which means taking chemistry, emotions, and physical conditions into consideration. Using a wide array of holistic modalities, we treat an equally wide variety of symptoms. Our aim is to use the best, most natural approach to helping our patients achieve their optimal levels of Health and Wellness.
