Would you describe yourself as a Health and mindset nerd? Constantly listening to podcasts and reading books about Health and lifestyle with the intention of continuously bettering yourself?

We are looking for someone who is familiar with a variety of models of Health and lifestyle such as Bulletproof, ketogenic, AIP, Paleo, and Longevity. Your depth of knowledge does not have to be deep, but your passion to learn and help others is essential.

This job is a variety of different tasks wrapped up into one. In addition to other things, you'll need to be willing and able to learn and perform these tasks:

1: Operating the front desk, answering phones, client outreach, booking appointments, and helping customers who are interested in using the tools at LUMEN to advance their health.

2: Facilitating sessions for clients, which means being trained in the technologies we use to ensure a positive, educated, and efficient experience. Flotation Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF), NeurOptimal Brain Training, and Adaptive Resistance Strength Training are just a few of our services that you would learn about and run.

3: Cleaning. All staff are required to share cleaning tasks that include sweeping, mopping, some laundry, cleaning/sanitizing rooms & equipment in between customers.

4: Continual learning and growing in the realms of Health and lifestyle.

5: Working with a team as well as with clients. You should be a self starter, team player. Outgoing and confident are a plus.

6. Sales. You will learn to describe the benefits of the tools and apply them to customers' situation in order to recommend packages and membership options. We also offer sales commissions to successful employees.

If you have an active practice of meditation, yoga, fitness, healing, or other modalities that is a benefit as you will better understand the path that our customers are on.

If you have any additional certifications such as personal fitness training, dance, meditation or are studying in any of these fields that is also a benefit.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
