We are excited to announce a new job posting for Caffe Vita’s Head Wholesale Trainer.  As the Head Wholesale trainer, you will play a vital role in building relationships with our wholesale partners through education. You will be responsible for conducting training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to ensure our customers have the knowledge and skills to consistently deliver exceptional coffee experiences to their own customers. Having your own reliable transportation will be essential in ensuring you can reach our customers in various locations efficiently in order to tend to trainings or check in on quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for coffee and the Vita brand, excellent communication and presentation skills, and previous experience in the coffee industry. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Build long-lasting relationships with wholesale partners – focusing on driving brand awareness and quality forward, all while upholding commitment to service and hospitality. Enter situations of high stress and bring peace to those situations through a positive attitude, organizational abilities, and coffee expertise.

  • Support Wholesale Partners in continuing training and education, personalized to their operation.

  • Provide customer with approved training literature – training documents, equipment manuals, and other tools/resources.

  • Help lead Vita Training Team on all areas of standards and techniques.

  • Track and record progress of baristas who receive training and provide business owner/manager with an overview after each training session.

  • Create training programs catered to wholesale partners.

  • Organize and plan training calendar daily to accommodate all training requests.

  • Onboard new Wholesale Trainers to support the wholesale training role.

  • Work alongside sales team when onboarding new accounts.

  • Connect with sales and service teams regularly to maintain a consistent stream of communication about wholesale needs.

  • Committed to consistently building rapport and strengthening relationships with each Vita wholesale partner.

  • Able to identify talent within teams and pour into them as the coffee expert for their company.

  • Must demonstrate regular attendance by managing schedule effectively.

  • May be required to work various days and shifts to meeting business needs including weekends and holidays.

  • Completed Caffe Vita’s training onboarding process and train-the-trainer sessions.

  • Able to identify a training need and create a tool to solve that need.

  • Showcases exceptional customer service skills.

  • Ability to be approachable and adjust trainings to skill level of baristas.

  • Operates as an ambassador for the Vita brand and story.

  • Demonstrate an unyielding commitment to excellence.

  • Ability to start and finish a project.

  • Facilitate and host coffee tastings, with an understanding of each of the core Vita offerings.

  • Hospitality experience: possess strong espresso/drink making skills or have experience from a cafe, restaurant, or other food service industry.

  • The ability to self-start and be proactive in providing solutions.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS 

Salary: $68,000-$72,000 DOE plus benefits; Mileage and gas reimbursement available for all work related expenses.
