Creswell School District is seeking Head Track and Field Coach to join the outstanding coaching staff at Creswell High School.
Position open until filled. Applicant Screening will begin 10/18/23.
Stipends will be paid at the end of the season, actual dollar amount will be determined on experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- NFHS Coaches Certification
- High school Graduate
- Previous Track and Field experience as a coach or competitor
- Skills in working positively with adolescents
- Good communication skills
- Successful completion of fingerprint screening
- First Aid CPR training
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teach fundamentals of Track and Field
- Plan and supervise practices and meets
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school personnel
GENERAL AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Assume a supervisory and teaching role with athletes
- Supervise and coach sub-varsity players in practice and meet settings
- Cooperate with CHS faculty and staff
- Oversee High School Track program
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
- Background knowledge of Track and Field and teaching
- Familiarity with programs and athletes at Creswell High School
