Our quaint Racquet and Swim Club is located in North Salt Lake City, UT. We are a very short drive to the international airport and 10 minutes from downtown. The lifestyle here offers the most amazing access to all that Utah has to offer in recreation; skiing, hiking, biking, rafting, climbing and everything you can do in the mountains. With access to explore the best national and state parks it’s really set up as the perfect base for adventure travel.

The club is a semi-private facility that includes 5 covered courts, a clubhouse, strength gym, functional training room, spin, dance , aerobics and a junior Olympic sized swimming pool. We are located in a really nice neighborhood on Eagle Ridge with huge vistas of the valley. We have 100+ memberships with flourishing tennis programs including a full junior development pathway from red ball to elite.

The Head Tennis Professional position includes teaching tennis clinics, private lessons, and small groups.

The compensation package includes hourly for clinics, 70% take on lessons and small groups. We are offering a percentage split on all growth of programs as well as tournaments and events if interested. There’s tons of room to build in programs and create personal business. Head Tennis Professional

Athletic Club in North Salt Lake City is looking for a full-time Head Tennis Professional. Position Overview:

Job Details:

● $35 per hour for clinic instruction

● Pay negotiable depending on experience

● Full time hours available

● Coach members in private and group tennis lessons

● Develop personalized structure for lessons aligned with member goals

● Collaborate with management to create and implement 6-week tennis programs

● Promote tennis services within the club

● Manage personnel schedule and coordinate with the Front Desk to to gain new

clients.

● Exceptional communication and customer service skills

● Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms

● Upbeat, positive attitude and passion for people

● Strong tennis knowledge and athletic ability

● Sensitivity to clients’ health and fitness needs and the ability to modify

programing to meet a diverse range of fitness levels and abilities

● Organizational skills and the ability to manage time well

● Rating of 4.5 USTA or higher.

● CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

● 1 or more years of tennis coaching experience OR 5 or more years of personal

competitive tennis experience preferred

● A valid driver’s license.
