Join the mur family in long Island ! We are looking for highly skilled Sushi Chefswho have experience working within busy, luxury sushi sections.

As a Sushi Cheffor mur you will work closely with our Head Sushi Chef and Executive Chef. Successful Sushi Chefs should bring with them a wealth of creative knowledge and an eye for detailed knife work and presentation. By using only the best ingredients, you should be at ease with authentic Japanese cuisine and understand how to bring the best flavors to the dish.
