ABOUT FAMILY & CHILDREN'S PLACE

Family & Children's Place is an equal opportunity nonprofit organization that strives to keep families intact, and provide children and family members the emotional support necessary to maintain family stability. Since 1883, we have served as a critical presence in Louisville and southern Indiana providing help to our most vulnerable citizens - children, whose lives we've often saved from abuse and neglect. We are here because we believe in this city, and we believe in the promise and power of working together to make life richer. Our goal is to meet the needs of our society, to support children and families as they work through the challenges they face, to defend those in need, and above all, to contribute to the health of the areas of southern Indiana and Louisville that we serve.

Our continued success depends on the recruitment, selection, and retention of qualified and motivated personnel. We search for employees who are looking to make a career out of caring and are willing to commit to providing the highest quality of service to our clients. Our employees are as passionate about the work they do as we are, which is why we strive to foster a supportive work culture that gives them the space to build successful careers.
