Requirements
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including Sundays and Mondays as needed
- Excellent French wine knowledge, with an emphasis on back vintages and producer profiles
- Able to use relevant computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; restaurant-specific software including point-of-sale registers and business metric applications)
- Thorough understanding of various tools and techniques for wine and food service
- Ability to meticulously perform tableside wine and food service while under pressure
- Wine Certification is preferred

We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented Head Sommelier to join our team! The position acts as an extension of our Wine Director, aiding in staff education, inventory, and program maintenance, and is an intricate member of the service team enhancing guests’ dining experiences.
