Form of workHead Softball Coach/Assistant Volleyball Coach
Harrison School District is accepting applications for a Head Softball Coach/Asst Volleyball Coach position for the 2023-2024 school year. The position will be a full time (1.0 FTE) position.
This teaching position will be determined based on certification and open positions. Primary duties will focus on coaching all aspects of softball and assisting with the volleyball program. Applicants must possess appropriate Arkansas DESE certification. Previous experience is preferred.
Harrison School District is seeking an individual who will:

• motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for education, in accordance with each student's ability
• formulate positive relationships with parents, students, and other staff members
• use formative and summative assessments with colleagues to improve student learning
• demonstrate effective communication within the school community
• demonstrate effective coaching progressions and knowledge for softball and volleyball
• adept with learning management systems and digital instruction (Canvas, Google Classroom, etc)
• attain or possess Google Level One Certification (Preferred)
