Princeton Soccer Academy (PSA) is a professional youth soccer organization located across New Jersey. The club has three geographical locations, PSA North (Essex, Morris and Passaic Counties), PSA Princeton (Mercer County) and PSA Monmouth (Monmouth County). We are looking for qualified, experienced and committed youth Soccer Coaches looking to develop a career within soccer. We are looking for an experienced Soccer Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training plans, teaching the fundamentals of soccer, and motivating players to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for soccer and a commitment to helping players develop their skills and confidence. The Soccer Coach must also be organized, reliable, and able to communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance.
- Organize and lead practice sessions and scheduling games/events.
- Provide feedback to players on their performance.
- Develop individual players’ skills.
- Motivate players to reach their full potential.
- Develop team chemistry and morale.
- Organize and manage team activities off the field.
- Communicate with parents and guardians.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
