Head Server

```Duties``` As a Head Server, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining experience and leading the service team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Your duties will include: - Supervising and coordinating the activities of the serving staff - Training new servers on proper serving techniques and restaurant procedures - Ensuring tables are set correctly and dining areas are clean and organized - Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages promptly - Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints - Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery - Handling payments and operating the Point of Sale (POS) system - Assisting in food preparation, as needed - Monitoring food safety practices and ensuring compliance with health regulations - Overseeing bussing and table turnover to maintain efficient service ```Requirements``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Knowledge of food safety guidelines and proper food handling techniques - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately - Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and work collaboratively Join our team as a Head Server and play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding dining experiences to our guests.
