Croasdaile Country Club in Durham NC is seeking a Full-time Head Tennis and Pickleball Professional . Croasdaile has been an established club for over 50 years with 4 Clay courts and 2 Hard Courts. 4 dedicated pickleball courts will be built in 2024.

We are seeking someone who is motivated and enthusiastic about this position. The ideal candidate will be USPTA or PTR Certified and have an NTRP rating of 4.5. Experience teaching all ages and skill levels preferred, experience with Pickleball with the plan to become Director of all men's programs along with Directing all Pickleball programs Additional requirements include, but are not limited to; promoting and teaching private and group lessons to juniors and adults of all ability levels, light clay court maintenance, ability to string and re-grip racquets, and promote tennis/club activities through the use of email, social media, and personal communication skills. This position will assist the Director in organizing all tennis and Pickleball activities and management of facilities, will help plan and promote clinics, USTA adult and JTT league teams, mixers and intraclub events.. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Assist in daily maintenance of 4 Har-Tru and 2 Hard Courts. This job is ideal for someone who already has a minimum of 2 years of experience teaching.

Candidate must have own form of transportation and be a resident of the US or have green card.

Club can not help you with obtaining visa!

Compensation includes weekly salary, percentage of lessons and clinics, stringing, daily meals along with percentage of Health Insurance.

Salary Base Range : $35,000-$38,000. Total compensation package :$65,000-$75,000
