Head of Warehouse

Illuminate USA, a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, is building one of the largest solar panel manufacturing factories in the Western Hemisphere. This 1.1 million-square-foot factory is currently in advanced stages of preparation in the Columbus, Ohio area. Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Join us on a Head of Warehouse for our cutting-edge factory in Columbus. Reporting directly to the D-GM in charge, this pivotal role is instrumental in steering and elevating the efficiency of our warehouse operations.

• Responsible for establishment and implementation the entire warehouse management system, annual plan, budget plan, operation and management, KPI of the warehouse;
• Responsible for on-site supervision and management of each warehouse and receiving space, implementation and optimization of 6S lean, visual management and EHS;
• Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

Qualifications:

• Requires 8+ years of related experience, or 2 years experience with additional specialized training and/or certification;
• Extensive knowledge of the warehouse function and process;
• Outstanding learning and communication ability;
• Solid fire safety knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree or above is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
