What's the opportunity?  

You will be leading treasury operations across LATAM and play a key role in managing banking relationships.

What will I be doing?

• Lead the Treasury team in Argentina and support the Country Manager and Sales teams.
• Develop and execute short and long-term financial strategies for the company, including liquidity and financial risk management.
• Develop treasury policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in managing the company's financial resources.
• Lead the relationships with banks and other financial institutions, ensuring access to necessary financial resources and the best financial conditions.
• Lead the monitoring of financial markets, assessing their impact on the company, and proposing adjustments to treasury strategies and policies as needed.

What skills do I need?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or similar Finance related field
• MBA or Finance Postgraduate is a plus
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, risk management, and treasury.
• Previous experience in leadership and team management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Advanced/Fluent English is a must.
