VP - Head of Talent Acquisition of a major fashion company with a footprint in NYC/ Miami is immediately hiring. Must hold prior experience in Fashion (retail, wholesale, e-commerce or similar).
A leading fashion company based in Miami, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join and lead the TA team. Must a be a hands-on strategic Talent Acquisition leader who can navigate and partner with C-Suite. This role is an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring legal compliance, fostering relationships, upskill, scale and lead multiple onsite TA teams.

Responsibilities:
- Elevate brand awareness and enhance the overall recruitment experience.
- Lead the hiring and training of staff, implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance measurement.
- Collaborate as a strategic partner with our senior leadership team.
- Innovate ideas to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Implement cutting-edge Talent Acquisition strategies, covering candidate sourcing, onboarding efficiencies, and career planning.
- Educate hiring managers on talent pool dynamics and recruiting best practices.
- Manage recruitment for diverse internal roles spanning marketing, accounting, retail, design, and merchandising.
- Coordinate with immigration counsel regarding visa sponsorships.
- Collaborate with relocation teams to facilitate the smooth relocation of new employees.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree.
- 15+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
- Possess a leadership track record with 10+ years in a leadership position.
- Experience in the apparel industry.
- International experience, including proficiency in international relocation and visa processing.
- Showcase strong communication and leadership skills.
- Have hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience at the VP level.
