Our growing team is seeking a Head of Salesforce Platform to be the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources to translate complex technical concepts and maximize CRM potential into value for business teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. To be successful in this role, the Head of Salesforce Platform will excel in problem-solving, demonstrating a deep technical knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, best-practices, and integrations. This includes managing all activities related to Salesforce projects, scope, cost/budget, quality, communications, internal/external resources, risk mitigation and evangelism.

  • This position will work remotely, Monday - Friday


What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, playing a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and client engagement. As a skilled tech-business liaison, you will ensure that our Salesforce solutions are not just technically proficient but also perfectly aligned with our business objectives, fostering enhanced performance and growth.
  • Coordinate with various customer-facing departments, ensuring that Salesforce projects are executed efficiently and in harmony with each department’s overarching business strategies by providing technical strategy and best practices.
  • Work closely with other department leaders, playing a pivotal role in the seamless integration of Salesforce solutions across the organization. Your ability to articulate technological capabilities in the context of business value will be critical in aligning IT (Information Technology) initiatives with business goals, and in effectively communicating these alignments to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Partner with Salesforce organization, internal Technology team and 3rd parties for complex solutions
  • This role is hands on and involves not just managing projects, but also educating and advising internal teams on how Salesforce can be leveraged to meet strategic objectives.
  • This role will also be highly-skilled in improving workflow using Salesforce core administrative functions.

  • You are a subject matter expert in Salesforce, you demonstrate a Salesforce acumen that supports how solutions will address company goals.
  • You have strong application and data management skills
  • Possess interpersonal skills to influence change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross functional environment.
  • Demonstrated success supporting a diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Managing multiple projects in a fast paced, time sensitive environment is where you thrive
  • Demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs


What you’ve done:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including deep technical knowledge, tracking and planning projects
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, Teams/Office, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Experience in sales and service within the healthcare industry
  • Developed an understanding of interdependencies between technology, marketing/sales/customer service operations and business needs
