Your Role and Impact

As a seasoned sales leader, you'll be at the heart of solving client challenges, empowering your team to excel, and spearheading our business growth. Your role demands a robust "sales posture," unwavering credibility, and a high-energy approach essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scalable Processes: Craft and refine sales strategies & playbooks that resonate with buyers, empower your team, and drive growth - and develop an Outbound Sales Strategy in your first year on the job.
  • Team Recruitment & Management: Recruit, cultivate, mentor, and inspire a sales team, setting the standard for excellence across the organization.
  • Operational Rigor: Implement a funnel-based, metrics-oriented sales process, leveraging tools like HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Partner with Marketing and Product Development to shape company and product strategies.
  • Market Insights: Continuously analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt strategies, ensuring Growth Institute remains at the forefront of the edtech industry.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Over 6 years of stellar sales experience, including 3+ years in sales management, with a proven track record in the mid-market sector.
  • SaaS, EdTech, worktech, or learning and development industry experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships across executive teams.
  • Strategic mindset with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
  • Prepared to travel up to 35% as needed.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales team members to achieve targets.

Nice to Haves:

  • Based in North America, ideally near Austin, TX.
  • Cross-cultural and bilingual (English & Spanish) proficiency is advantageous.
  • Experience in global SaaS company scaling.
  • Familiarity with the Rockefeller Habits and Scaling Up methodology.
