This is a remote position.

Our client, a thriving construction company in California with 20 years of success, seeks an experienced and skilled Head of Sales (ADU/Construction) fluent in English and Ukrainian/Russian. Department or team: Sales Department, Size: 8-10 (3 in the US, others remote worldwide)
Reporting to: directly to Founder/CEO
Location: Remote Worldwide, LATAM or Portugal preferred
Time zone/Working hours: 8-5 PST
Industry: ADUs, Residential Construction, General Contractor, Prop-tech
Product or service: Residential homes and ADU design and construction in the Greater Sacramento and San Francisco Bay Area
Company size: 30
Target market: B2C
Ideal Customer Profile: B2C, Micro developers (Inbound sales)
Average deal size: $200,000
Average sales cycle: 3-6 months

Responsibilities:
  • Work with company leadership to identify revenue goals and develop sales strategies
  • Set and meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue targets
  • Streamline and optimize the sales processes for the sales team (8-10 people)
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to make data-driven decisions
  • Develop and tie sales enablement programs to KPIs and metrics for sales growth
  • Lead sales team meetings and training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge
  • Utilize AI, CRM and sales automation tools to track sales performance and manage pipeline
  • Perform sales forecasting and submit regular sales reports
  • Oversee sales funnel and manage CRM data

Requirements
  • 5+ years of successful B2C sales in the US market, preferably in Residential Construction
  • 2+ years of successful sales team management (5-10 people)
  • Full professional working proficiency in English + Ukrainian/Russian
  • ADU, Construction, Real Estate, or Property Management sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent people and time management skills
  • Excellent proficiency in using AI tools, CRMs, dashboards, and other sales tools and software
