As a key member of our Founding Team, the Head of Product Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping the messaging and strategic direction of our core data efficiency platform. Working closely with the COO, this dynamic position involves a deep dive into understanding what sets our product apart and navigating the competitive landscape. You'll have the opportunity to spearhead marketing initiatives that drive customer demand, aligning with both customer needs and our company's objectives.

What you'll do:
  • Product Positioning: Develop and refine the messaging and positioning for our Snowflake Optimization Platform, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and differentiates our product in the market.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Use this information to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and product sheets that clearly communicate the benefits and features of our platform.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, including launch plans, sales enablement, and customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and engineering teams to align on product features, roadmaps, and marketing campaigns.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, build case studies, and develop advocates for our platform.

Who you are:
  • High-energy marketing rockstar who loves to write, generate new ideas, and work cross-functionally as a team
  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in the tech or data analytics industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating captivating and informative marketing content.
  • A proven track record in developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a keen focus on making data-driven decisions to guide marketing efforts and measure their impact.

Nice to Haves:
  • Strong understanding of the Snowflake ecosystem and data optimization principles.
  • Understanding of Data Engineering or Big Data
  • Experience with early-stage startups
